We have for sale this antique 18 carat yellow gold fob set with genuine citrine cameo of men's head c 1800's.

The fob has rubbed mark 18 and has been tested for 18 carat gold.
The fob measures approx. 22mm or 7/8'' in diameter by 31.7mm or 1 1/4'' high.
The weight is 13.6gram.
Condition : is in very good used condition.
