Antique 18Ct Gold Spinner Fob Pendant With Bloodstone And Agate

We have for sale this antique 18 carat yellow gold spinner fob set with carved dark red agate engraved with initials IB and uncarved bloodstone to other side.

The top has Celtic knot design. The fob has hallmark 18 for 18 carat gold.
The fob measures approx. 24.5mm or 1'' wide by 38mm or 1 1/2'' excluding the hanging ring.
The weight is 13.5gram.
Condition : is in very good used condition.
