We offer a full no-quibble, money-back guarantee on all purchases.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for returns address.
All returns must be approved by B&E Antique Jewellery.
No partial refunds given.

We will not give refunds if the item has been altered, damaged, or tampered with. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging at buyers cost and risk. Buyer pays return postage.

International Buyers: The customs label must be clearly marked as RETURNING GOODS . Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount. We will refund the full purchase price of item within 48 hours of receiving the item back.
